A Radical New Way to Look at Real Estate Markets

The National Association of Realtors is running a radio campaign in the NY market which speaks about how real estate continues to be a good investment, while noting that all markets are different.

That's the premise of Game Changer. All markets are different but a market doesn't begin or end at the town line. It's defined by price point. Price points within towns have their own supply and demand profiles making some price points strong markets (best to sell in to) and others weak markets (best to buy into).
